Powerhouse are trying to establish themselves as one of the top brands in the electric golf trolley market to try and compete with the likes of Powakaddy and Motocaddy. They are the UK’s leading supplier of single seater golf buggy’s and double seater golf buggy’s already and  have now introduced their range of electric golf trolleys.

Over the next year or so we expect Powerhouse to become a more popular name when it comes to discussing electric golf trolleys. We are led to believe they are going to put a great deal of effort into advertising and promoting their brand and their products. They already have a range of quality products and it’s a case of getting them out there and making people aware they are good quality and provide excellent value for money. 

Powerhouse Electric Golf Trolleys

All of Powerhouses electric golf trolleys have a similar frame which is made from strong, lightweight alloy tubing and is finished in a metallic gun metal grey. They all fold down into a compact size allowing them to be stored into small spaces and will fit into most car boots.

Powerhouse’s current range of electric golf trolleys consist of the Freedom, Freedom Terrain and the Freedom Terrain TX (remote control).

The Freedom is a good all round electric golf trolley that offers great value for money. The functions on the Freedom make the electric golf trolley simple to use. On the left or right handed handle there is a revolving speed control that you simply twist to select the speed that you are most comfortable with. The Freedom also provides you with a battery meter on the handle so you will always know how much life there is in your battery until it needs charged.

The Freedom Terrain is almost identical to the Freedom except it comes with inflated rubber wheels. This option provides better control out on the golf course as it will give you better grip on those steeper slopes and tough terrain. All the control settings and battery settings are the same as the Freedom.

The Freedom TX is a remote controlled electric golf trolley and is controlled with a hand held remote control. The Freedom TX will control your every demand should it be left, right, forward or even backwards. This will give you great freedom out on the course and is great fun to use. The Freedom TX looks the same as the other Powerhouse electric golf trolleys but it has an extra wheel at the back of the trolley for better stability out on the golf course. The functions of the Freedom TX are slightly different and offer more than the Freedom and the Freedom Terrain.
